At last!  Son Thomas has the keys to his new flat!  (It only took an extra month and a gazillion emails to get the paperwork sorted.  Pfft!)

And happiness can now begin!

Two years ago I had a few long bright blue summer days* in the Scottish Borders with son Jamie.  From next Saturday, we're doing a repeat.  Can not wait.

*dull grey or pouring with rain summer days will be just as excellent - I don't mind!
