I live and write in the Kingdom of Fife, overlooking the River Tay, with a view of trees and grey slate roofs and a skyscape it would be hard to better.

These are so beautiful, Joan. Thank you. (Though, being a cold weather wimp, I'm kind of glad I'm not there...)
So lovely to see the glow on the snow and the sheep from here in the warm, although it was probably lovely to be there too!
This was as close to snow as it got, but the winter light was beautiful - and the night skies with the stars and a big moon just fabulous.
